Cerdas Kolektif developed a 1.5-hour training and simulation to discuss the fundamentals of agile culture as well as practical tools that all employees can apply in their day-to-day work. We introduced Team Retrospective and the use of cross-functional task force.
After the training, the COO started implementing regular cross-functional meeting between employees from the creative department and those working in the assembly line.
